What is measured?

To guarantee fair resource scaling across the shared resource pool, Kubeletto monitors resource vectors. Metrics are available on the user dashboard.

Billing FAQ

How does payment work?

Pro plans are prepaid monthly via QRIS (Indonesian standard QR code). Scan the QR code with any QRIS-compatible e-wallet or banking app (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, or any Indonesian bank). Payment is confirmed instantly via webhook.

Is there auto-renewal?

No. QRIS is a push payment method — there are no stored cards or automatic charges. You renew manually before your period ends. You can extend at any time; remaining days are stacked onto the new period.

What happens when my Pro plan expires?

After your prepaid period ends, there is a 72-hour grace window. During this time your services continue running on Pro limits. After the grace period, your workspace reverts to the Free plan and quota limits are adjusted accordingly. Existing services above the Free limit are not deleted, but new deployments will be blocked until you reduce or renew.

Can I get a refund?

Prepaid plans are non-refundable once activated. If you experience a platform issue, contact support for resolution.
