Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Kubeletto's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Service

Kubeletto provides a cloud deployment platform that enables developers to deploy, manage, and scale applications. Our services include:

Automated application deployment from Git repositories
Container orchestration and management
Custom domain configuration
Application monitoring and logging

3. Plans, Pricing & Payment

Kubeletto offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. No payment information or credit card is required to join and deploy applications on the free plan.

Developer Sandbox $0/month Up to 1 active service, 512 MB RAM, 0.5 vCPU per service, metered storage and log streams.

Pro Rp 49,000/month Up to 5 apps, 1 vCPU / 1 GiB RAM per app, always-on (no scale-to-zero required), 500 deploys and 1,000 build minutes per month. Pro seats are limited by available capacity.

Resource limits are total allocations per app instance. Monthly usage caps (bandwidth, requests, logs, build minutes) are shown in the console for your plan; exceeding bandwidth on a paid plan, or any cap on the free plan, may lead to temporary suspension as described below.

Payment & billing periods. The Pro plan is prepaid: you pay once via QRIS through our payment processor for a 1, 3, or 12-month period, and your plan stays active until that period ends. There is no automatic recurring charge or card-on-file — you choose when to renew, any time before your current period expires. If a paid period lapses without renewal, your account reverts to the free Developer Sandbox plan and any services exceeding its limits may be throttled or suspended.

Refunds. All Pro plan payments are final and non-refundable, including if you cancel, downgrade, or if we terminate or suspend your account for a Terms or Acceptable Use Policy violation during a paid period.

Pricing. The listed price (Rp 49,000/month) does not include any payment processing or administrative fees our payment processor may charge at checkout. The exact amount due is shown on the payment page before you pay.

4. Resource Usage Limits

Metering: Resources on every plan are metered automatically to prevent system abuse and ensure cluster stability.
Account Suspension: We reserve the right to throttle or temporarily suspend services that exceed their plan's resource thresholds or exhibit abnormal CPU/memory usage profiles.
Data Retention: Build logs, analytics metrics, and container configurations are persisted temporarily and may be garbage collected regularly.

5. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Specifically, you agree to:

Provide accurate account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not deploy malicious software, cryptocurrency miners, or spam servers
Not perform unauthorized penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or denial-of-service tests against Kubeletto infrastructure or other tenants
Not attempt to bypass resource limits, rate limits, or tenant isolation controls

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability for Kubeletto's services, including for paid Pro plan customers. However, we do not currently guarantee a specific uptime percentage, formal service-level agreement, or guaranteed support response times, and we may perform system maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kubeletto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Termination & Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your account and services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Evidence of illegal activities or security violations may be preserved and shared with relevant authorities.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Jakarta District Court.
